Entertainment and Performers
The Meet In The Street® Committee invites local performers to apply to perform at our 32nd annual arts and crafts festival. Meet In The Street® proudly features entertainment from around Wake Forest and its surrounding areas. It’s a wonderful opportunity to showcase the abundant talent in our community to the thousands attending the festival. All entertainers (including bands) and performers must fill out an application and submit a 1-2 minute video. We ask that performers submit a copy of their video as we cannot guarantee videos will be returned. All entertainment will be selected by the Meet in the Street® committee.

Food Vendor Rules
All food vendors are subject to inspection by Wake County Environmental Services and are required to submit a Temporary Food Establishment permit. Food vendors must obtain this permit to operate in Wake County. Call (919) 856-7419 for more information and to obtain the appropriate forms.
You must submit a menu with pricing with the application and a photo of your booth setup. You may sell only the food listed on your application as the committee selects a limited number of vendors and tries to ensure a variety of food for the festival.

Non-profit groups may have an informational display or provide a game for the children’s village. For an extra booth fee of $25, a limited number will be permitted to raise money by charging for a game, selling arts/crafts, or raffle tickets.
